FAITH Financial And Investment Training House

"Putting together the foundation for a sound financial future"

What is FAITH ?

The Financial And Investment Training House (FAITH) is a financial literacy training program designed and delivered in a simplistic yet sturdy format that "puts together the foundation for a sound future". FAITH is available for all but has been extremely successful when utilized by the under educated, under achieving, under paid, under served, under utilized population that has little or no understanding of financial management. FAITH is needed when working with the following: Formerly incarcerated individuals Low income (below poverty level) individuals Homeless individuals Former substance abusers and others as defined by the Department of Labor Hard to Serve Workforce pool Where does FAITH come from? FAITH is a profound belief or trust in a particular truth, or in a doctrine that expresses such a truth. The Financial And Investment Training House guts out and reconstructs individuals FAITH in their ability to manage their finances. FAITH's foundation is on the simple truths present in elementary finance and investing and builds the client's FAITH in oneself to build their own economic empire "one dollar at a time". Have you ever said or heard someone say things like: I am not good at saving money I need to have 2,3, or 4 jobs to build income I don't have enough money to invest Money burns a whole in my pocket No one I know has any money My family has always been poor - I'm cursed Contrary to these beliefs, FAITH provides the tools for our clients to eliminate all negative thoughts pertaining to finances. Through thorough examination, intense engagement and enlightenment tactics, ongoing encouragement and empathy, and finally clients attainment of increased equity, FAITH clients become dedicated, disciplined, and determined to manage their finances and achieve economic health and wealth.

How Does FAITH Work?

FAITH is an uncertainty that is yielded to through trust, belief, communication, and action. THE FAITH module is one that continuously engages our clients in exercises that stimulate, strengthen, and stretch their beliefs in their ability to achieve economic health and wealth.

The Tri-Phase Module:

Phase I The InnerNet Intense transformational training concentrating on transforming clients inner thoughts on finances by examining simplistic financial terms and principles and the underlying procedures of application towards financial health.

Phase II The Network Conducted prior to clients scheduled income payment date - Clients are challenged, counseled, and critiqued amongst their peers under the direction of our financial health case managers. This phase is designed to create accountability partnerships and discipline and direction fostered through peer-to-peer interaction. The financial case manger facilitates the group session while continuously providing one on one counseling outside of the sessions to strengthen the clients FAITH.

Phase III The NetWorth - Entrepreneurship Available for all but designed for the creme' de la creme' from Phase II who have a desire and shown the drive to explore and expand their finances, Phase III engages our clients in entrepreneur training. This training puts assets to work for the client as they now utilize their skill sets, financial and human resources in ways that they never would have dreamed. The sky is the limit for this group who seeks more than financial stability, these clients are seeking financial wealth through the FAITH they have in themselves and their financial abilities.
