What is CARE ?

Chemical Addiction Recovery Exchange (CARE) is an exchange amongst ex addicts looking for complete exile from their chemical addictions. Weekly sessions facilitated by addiction counselors and exchanges amongst the different accountability partners. CARE provides peer-to-peer and counselor wrap around services to support the STREATS portfolio of services.

CARE is needed when working with the following:

Formerly incarcerated individuals

Low income (below poverty level) individuals

Homeless individuals

Former substance abusers

and others as defined by the Department of Labor Hard to Serve Workforce pool
